We have a few policies in place to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all of our guests. Please take a moment to review them below:
Check-In Policy: Our check-in time is from 3:00 pm onwards, and check-out time is until 11:00 am. If you arrive early, we will do our best to accommodate you, but this is subject to availability.
Children Policy: We welcome children from the age of 12 years and above.
Pets Policy: Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate pets at our houses.
Smoking Policy: To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and indoor areas of the houses. If you do wish to smoke, please use outdoor areas.
Payment Policy: To secure your reservation, we require a 50 percent deposit of the total payment amount. The remaining balance can be settled upon check-in. We accept major credit cards and cash payments.
Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change, but please be aware that if you cancel or modify your reservation, or fail to show up for your stay, the deposit amount will not be refunded. We recommend that you consider travel insurance to protect your trip against unforeseen circumstances.
